Hummus Tea Sandwiches

Hummus 

1/3 cup good-quality tahini

2-4 TBL cold water, or more if needed

2 TBL lemongrass basil olive oil (more to taste) 

3/4 TSP fine sea salt (more to taste)

2 medium cloves garlic, peeled and smashed

juice of 1 lemon (2–3 tablespoons)

1 (15 ounce) can chickpeas*, rinsed and drained

Place all ingredients in a food processor minus the water. Blend everything together

slowly adding water to your desired consistency,  you can also add more olive oil to

taste.
